Comedian Lee Seon-min sparked laughs as he tackled everything from his “definitely married” image to a surprise confession about owning property in Seoul.

On June 8, SBS variety show Same Bed, Different Dreams 2 - You Are My Destiny dropped a pre-release clip featuring Lee. In it, he spoke candidly about the rumors around his married-man vibe, his thoughts on marriage, and even his assets.

Lee’s unmistakable “married-man” character started with a quip from Kim Gura. Back when Lee guested on MBC’s Radio Star, Kim asked him, "What does your wife say?" Lee began to reply, "My wife…" then quickly corrected himself with, "I’m single," cracking everyone up.

Recalling that moment, Kim joked, "If I’d actually made a mistake, I could’ve been criticized, but no one came for me." Kim Sook and Lee Ji-hye chimed in, "That’s what everyone thought," and "His face just screams ‘married man,’" adding to the laughter.

When Kim noted, "You’re forty now," Lee corrected him again, saying, "I’m still in my 30s," sending the studio into stitches.

Lee also revealed he owns real estate in Seoul. Gwak Beom said, "When Lee came up to Seoul to pursue comedy, his parents in Gumi bought him a place," shocking everyone. Lee clarified, "My parents invested in a semi-basement unit. We bought it around 2007 for 105 million won, and the current market price is about 85 million won," delivering an unexpected twist.

The conversation then turned to marriage. Lee said, "I think marriage is something you should do at some point," and, when asked about his ideal type, cautiously answered, "I like modest, well-mannered women." Kim Gura revealed, "He once listed a bunch of conditions and got dragged for it." Lee admitted, "At first, I said actress Lee Young-ae was my ideal. If possible, I wanted her to work in the public sector and have a good personality, and I got roasted for that." He added, "An ideal type is just that—an ideal. I don’t look at conditions. I’m the type who believes I’ll be the provider."

When Kim Sook teased, "Sounds like you really got scolded back then," Lee dialed it down even further: "Now, I’m fine as long as she’s a woman," drawing another round of laughter.

Despite his "definitely married" nickname, Lee Seon-min is still single, and viewers are curious to see what kind of sharp wit he’ll bring to Same Bed, Different Dreams 2 - You Are My Destiny. The episode airs on the 9th at 10:40 p.m.
