On the 15th, Live Arena, the only ice show production company in the country, raised expectations by revealing the final casting lineup for the action performance musical 'Solo Leveling on Ice'. The work, based on the popular webtoon of the same name, initially cast Kim Jin-hwan from iKON in the role of the protagonist, Sung Jin-woo, which garnered significant attention; this announcement confirmed that Lee Ho-won would join as a double cast.
Lee Ho-won made his acting debut through the tvN drama 'Reply 1997' and has been actively working across both screen and television. Based on his extensive experience in various musical stages, he will portray the character of Sung Jin-woo, who awakens from the weakest being to the strongest hunter in this production.
Additionally, new cast member Kim Seon-gyeong, an emerging actress known from the drama 'Jumping with Sun-jae', has been cast in the role of Lee Joo-hee. A former figure skater, she is expected to showcase vibrant performances utilizing her skating skills while bringing fresh vitality to the production with her nuanced emotional expressions.
Through this final casting, Lee Ho-won and Kim Jin-hwan will portray Sung Jin-woo, with Kim Ye-rim as Cha Hae-in, Kim Chae-yeon from group Triple S as Sung Jin-ah, Lee Si-hyung as Igrit, Choi Woo-hyuk as Yoo Jin-ho, and Kim Seon-gyeong as Lee Joo-hee.
