Actress and entrepreneur Song Ji-hyo opened up about her "real working woman commute" as the representative of a lingerie brand, sharing her realistic thoughts.
On the 13th, Song Ji-hyo uploaded a vlog of her walking to work on her YouTube channel.
In the video, she expressed her honest feelings, saying, "I'm not good at expressing my emotions, but I wanted to show my true self naturally, so I started YouTube." Dressed comfortably in a knit sweater and sneakers, she bought coffee to share with the production team while walking to work, showcasing her friendly CEO side as she also took care of her employees' meals.
Upon arriving near the office, an unexpected "office worker empathy talk" ensued. Song Ji-hyo humorously remarked that the elevator during lunchtime and after work felt like a battleground, saying, "It's really a hell elevator, just like hellish subway trains."
Moreover, she sincerely conveyed the sense of responsibility she felt while running the business. She stated, "It's rewarding to hold meetings and brainstorm ideas every day," adding, "When customers repurchase and compliment our products, it really motivates me. That's why I can't take things lightly."
At the end of the video, a blooper section captured Song Ji-hyo's "real fatigue". When the production team joked, "Aren't you going to sleep at the office?" she responded, "That would be so funny." However, once they reached the office, it was revealed that she fell into a deep sleep, prompting the PD to quip that she might be working late that day, which elicited laughter.
Meanwhile, after eight years of preparation, Song Ji-hyo launched her lingerie brand last year.
