Malicious posts directed at the group Le Sserafim have sharply increased, prompting their agency Source Music to announce a firm legal response.

The agency confirmed that the rights of the artists are being violated through accusations, slander, and mockery aimed at the members. On November 14, Source Music initiated measures to address the issue, including a real-time monitoring system for malicious posts and a reporting channel for HYBE artists’ rights infringements.

Source Music emphasized, “Insults and defamation against the artist are crimes punishable under criminal law. Posts written anonymously are no exception and will face appropriate penalties.” The agency added that it will continue to pursue legal action against acts that tarnish the artists’ reputation through inaccurate information or rumors.

Some malicious commenters have already faced criminal charges. Reiterating its principle of zero tolerance, Source Music stated, “We will hold them legally accountable until the end.”

The agency also noted that reports from fans have been invaluable in the process and pledged to take even stronger legal actions based on fandom input.

Meanwhile, Le Sserafim will make their debut at Tokyo Dome on November 18 and 19 with the 2025 LE SSERAFIM TOUR EASY CRAZY HOT ENCORE IN TOKYO DOME.
