Actress Go Jun-hee could not hide her shock after learning the current market price of the apartment she used to live in during a high-end apartment tour in Seoul.
On the 24th, Go Jun-hee uploaded a video to her YouTube channel capturing her real estate tour. In the video, Go Jun-hee stated, "I am preparing to move but still haven't decided on a house," revealing that she is looking mainly for rental apartments. When asked by the production team if she was buying a house, Go Jun-hee candidly admitted, "I don't have the financial means to buy a house," as she arrived at her first destination, an apartment in Cheongdam-dong.
Upon learning from the crew that the building was the former Samik Apartment before reconstruction, Go Jun-hee was taken aback. She reminisced, saying, "I lived there for six years starting at the age of 23," adding, "I still go to the local laundromat here." However, when a real estate agent explained that the sale price for the apartment is between 12.5 billion and 13 billion won for a 61-pyeong (about 2,016 square feet), Go Jun-hee laughed and said, "There's no need to hear about the jeonse prices."
Continuing her visit to the apartment in Samsung-dong and the Lotte World Tower residence, where the prices were in the range of 9 billion to 10 billion won, Go Jun-hee realistically reacted, saying, "I absolutely cannot afford to live in such a place at the moment."
