BOBBY of iKON has completed his military service and is officially gearing up to resume activities.

On Dec. 4, iKON's agency 143 Entertainment announced, "BOBBY was discharged on Dec. 3 after completing his full-time reserve service," sharing news of his return. On the day of his discharge, BOBBY hosted a live stream on social media to speak directly with fans and savor his newfound freedom, and comments flooded in welcoming him back.

That makes BOBBY the third member to wrap his military hiatus, following Kim Jin-hwan and Jung Chan-woo. The agency added, "BOBBY, who has shown standout talent in rap, songwriting, and composing, is getting ready to step back on stage," stoking anticipation for his comeback.

BOBBY enlisted in June last year through priority selection for full-time reserve service, citing childcare. He previously drew major buzz in 2021 when he announced his surprise marriage and his partner's pregnancy, and he welcomed a son later that year.

iKON debuted in 2015 and gained wide love with hits like 'Love Scenario' and 'My Type.' In 2019, member B.I left the group over drug-use allegations, and the team has continued on as a six-piece since.
