Actor Kim Nam-gil stayed loyal to Ha Jung-woo.
On the 11th, the team behind tvN’s new Saturday-Sunday drama How to Become a Building Owner in Korea (hereafter 'Building Owner') unveiled stills featuring Kim Nam-gil.
In the series, Kim Nam-gil plays Kim Kyun, the brother of Kim Seon (Im Soo-jung) and brother-in-law to Gi Su-jong (played by Ha Jung-woo). A detective in the violent crimes unit, Kim Kyun steps into a pivotal role when his brother-in-law Gi Su-jong faces the risk of losing a building at auction, investigating who is pulling the strings behind the case.
The released stills capture Ha Jung-woo and Kim Nam-gil in sync. In a scene where Gi Su-jong confides in his brother-in-law Kim Kyun, the two showcase tight-knit chemistry. In particular, Kim Nam-gil’s sharp gaze teases a cop’s instincts as he tracks down the first clues that could crack the case.
The production team said, "Kim Nam-gil will steer a crucial thread of the story and make a powerful impact from the very beginning," adding, "We’re grateful to Kim Nam-gil for boosting the drama with work that goes far beyond a simple special appearance."
'Building Owner' tells a tense story about a debt-ridden, paycheck-to-paycheck landlord who joins a staged kidnapping to protect their beloved family and property. The show premieres on the 14th at 9:10 p.m.
