Actor Kim Hye-yoon stuns on the April cover of the fashion and lifestyle magazine Cosmopolitan. In this pictorial, she turns heads with a shocking platinum-blonde transformation.
From her chic gaze to daring hair styling and a first-time makeup look, Kim fully delivered on the pictorial concept, reportedly earning rave reviews from staff on set. After the shoot, she sat down for an interview, where she reflected on playing the Gen Z gumiho Eun-ho in the fantasy rom-com drama No Tail to Tell, showing off her bubbly charm, and on returning to the big screen after four years with Salmokji.
Speaking on her nonstop schedule, Kim shared, "When I first started acting, I simply hungered for roles. I thought, 'I want to play this part. Next time, I want a bigger role, I want to be the lead.' Looking back, I realize the projects I met then were possible because they matched who I was at that age. That's why I now think of each project as a diary. I want to leave pieces of who I am, moment by moment, in different works," revealing her deep passion for her craft.
Toward the end of the interview, when asked what she'd like to tell herself, she said with a smile, "I'm strict with myself about acting, but I cherish the person Kim Hye-yoon deeply. When I'm alone, I compliment myself a lot. So whenever filming ends or exhaustion hits, I try to find what I love and give that to myself. As an actor, I spend so much time living as someone else that I might lose myself. All the more reason to listen closely to my own voice."
