Kim Kyu-jong of SS501 shared his thoughts on his future, along with a “marriage fortune” that drew attention.
On the March 17 broadcast of SBS Plus’s variety show Shin-ppal Talk Show: Gwimyohan Iyagi 2, Kim Kyu-jong and comedian Hong Yun-hwa discussed various topics centered on taboos.
Appearing tense from the start, Kim said, “Because of the nature of my job, I never know when it might end, so everything always feels like it could be the last time.” After reviewing his saju (fortune based on birth data), a shaman commented, “You have a strong temperament but tend to be fearful,” which Kim acknowledged. The shaman added, “You’re in a cycle where things will work out if you try, so you need to let go of negative thoughts,” and noted that he has strong luck related to documents and contracts. Kim appeared relieved by the interpretation.
Another shaman drew attention by mentioning Kim’s marriage fortune, saying, “I see marriage in your cards. But if you marry someone from Korea, it could be someone who has been married once before.” The unexpected prediction surprised those on set.
