Mnet is unveiling a bold new dance program set to heat up the globe this summer.

On the 17th, Mnet dropped the first teaser for its upcoming dance show via its official YouTube channel The CHOOM.

This ambitious project follows in the footsteps of Street Woman Fighter, spotlighting performance directors who complete entire stages based on original choreography as they go head-to-head.

Unlike past series that focused on pure dance skill, this show zeroes in on performance planning and direction. In today’s K-pop scene, the role of the performance director—overseeing not only choreography but also formations, blocking, direction, and full stage utilization—is becoming increasingly crucial, and this program reflects that trend.

The biggest twist of the new series is Mnet’s first-ever all-gender competition system in a dance survival. According to Mnet, the show removes gender barriers to focus on the essence of “performance directing.”

Since launching Street Woman Fighter in 2021, Mnet has expanded the franchise with Street Man Fighter, Stage Fighter, and World of Street Woman Fighter, cementing its status as a K-culture icon.
