Shocking face-off ahead: Do-hwan Woo and Sang-yi Lee reignite a fierce battle against an outlaw boxing league.

On March 19, Netflix dropped the poster and trailer for its original series Bloodhounds Season 2 (hereafter 'Bloodhounds 2'). The drama follows Gun-woo (played by Do-hwan Woo) and Woo-jin (played by Sang-yi Lee) — the duo who took down a ruthless loan-sharking ring — as they throw another satisfying straight hook at a global illegal boxing league ruled by money and violence.

Anticipation for 'Bloodhounds 2' keeps surging, and the main poster unveiled today spikes the pulse with Gun-woo, Woo-jin, and Baek-jeong (played by Ji-hoon Jung) colliding head-on. The tagline "An illegal betting arena with billions on the line — we bite down to the end" teases an unavoidable bloodbath on a much bigger stage, cranking up the tension.

The accompanying trailer centers on a new threat confronting Gun-woo and Woo-jin: Baek-jeong (Ji-hoon Jung), the operator of the global illegal boxing league 'IKFC.' Aiming to balloon the scale by exploiting champion Gun-woo, Baek-jeong dangles a massive offer — and when they refuse, he launches an all-out menace against the duo.

To protect the people they cherish, Gun-woo and Woo-jin once again decide to fight to the death, but tangled ties from the past make everything spiral even further. In the end, the two prepare for a brutal war against a colossal evil.

Meanwhile, 'Bloodhounds 2' premieres on Netflix on April 3.
