The production team has issued an official response to rumors of a scheduling shake-up surrounding MBC variety show Good Day Season 2.

On the 26th, Good Day producer TEO addressed reports of filming setbacks, stating, "This program has always been prepared for a late-year broadcast slot," and, "We are currently aligning the overall plan to that timeline." They made it clear that phrases like "filming halted" or "put on hold" are inaccurate.

In fact, Good Day Season 2 has reportedly already completed its first shoot, and the team emphasized they planned for a second-half airing from the outset. However, with G-Dragon's overseas concerts, album promotions, and tour overlapping, they have been fine-tuning parts of the filming schedule.

Good Day is a project variety show with G-Dragon serving as producer, collaborating with figures across fields to create a song that represents the year. Season 1, which aired last year, made major waves with its star-studded lineup and fresh concept, and it also drew attention as G-Dragon's first fixed variety appearance.

Season 2 is drawing even more attention as it coincides with BIGBANG's 20th debut anniversary. Director Kim Tae-ho (PD) also said in a prior interview, "We are discussing the direction with the timing in mind."

The team reiterated that this is part of the preparation process, not a delay, adding, "Specifics on programming and the filming schedule will be revealed later."

Meanwhile, last season featured Hwang Jung-min, Defconn, Hong Jin-kyung, Jung Hyung-don, Cho Sae-ho, Kian84, Ahn Sung-jae, Taeyang, Jung Hae-in, Hwang Kwanghee, Im Si-wan, Lee Soo-hyuk, Daesung, CODE KUNST, CL, Kim Go-eun, DAY6, BooSeokSoon, and aespa, who came together to complete 'Good Day 2025'.
