News broke that NCT member Haechan has purchased a home in Acro Seoul Forest, one of the most expensive residential complexes in Seoul's Seongsu-dong neighborhood.
According to Korea Economic TV on the 3rd, Haechan bought a 164㎡ (about 1,765 sq ft) unit in Acro Seoul Forest in Seongsu-dong 1-ga, Seongdong District, for 8 billion won (approximately USD 6 million) last August and completed the title transfer last month. For this floor size, it marks the highest price on record. With no mortgage registered in the deed, many believe it was an all-cash purchase.
Completed in 2020, Acro Seoul Forest is a high-end residential complex and is regarded as one of Seongsu-dong's landmark luxury apartment towers.
Born in 2000, Haechan debuted with NCT in 2016 and is active in both NCT 127 and NCT Dream.
