Actress Kim Sa-rang, famous for her "eternally youthful" visuals, just revealed the exact routine she follows to keep her skin glowing and her figure on point — and it’s already going viral.
On the 7th, Kim shared on her YouTube channel that she’s been "decluttering the house and dialing in my body lately," unveiling the morning routine she personally sticks to. Emphasizing there’s no magic trick, she said her results come from "habits built through consistency."
First up is an ab workout she does the moment she wakes up. "I start just to wake up my body. If I repeat sets of 20 to 30, I’m at 100 before I know it," she explained, adding, "My energy shoots up from the morning."
Her strict weight management also drew attention. Using a smart scale that shows body fat, water ratio, and other metrics, she weighs herself daily. "It helps me stay on my toes," she said. She even noted that for the most accurate reading, she steps on the scale completely nude — a detail that sparked buzz.
Stretching is non-negotiable, too. "After sleeping, my neck and shoulders get really tight," she shared, demonstrating how she uses a foam roller to loosen her back and even underarms. "It’s a game changer for easing everyday fatigue," she added.
Her skincare routine is just as steady. Kim uses an LED mask to work on firmness and tone simultaneously. "It feels like it boosts circulation, so my face looks clearer," she said, adding that people around her have noticed her skin’s glow.
Her diet stays clean and consistent. Kim blends a juice with chayote, apples, and cucumbers, and regularly eats healthy meals with mushrooms and hemp seeds. She added that mushrooms became a must for her after a health check-up.
"It’s not about a secret hack — it’s about sticking to my own routine," Kim emphasized. "Then I move on to a full workout and get my day started."
Born in 1978 and now 48, Kim Sa-rang won the Miss Korea title in 2000 and began acting the following year with the MBC drama What's Up, Fox?. She went on to appear in Thousand Years of Love, Secret Garden, and My Love Eun-dong, and she now connects with fans through YouTube.
