Broadcaster Jang Young-ran recalled an embarrassing memory she had during the process of purchasing a luxury bag.
On the 13th, a video was uploaded to Jang Young-ran's YouTube channel in which she discussed her bags. In the video, Jang Young-ran introduced her collection of luxury bags and shared related stories.
Regarding her Hermes bag, Jang Young-ran said, "I really wanted to buy an Hermes bag, so I went to the store, but the staff said they couldn’t sell it to me. They told me, 'You haven’t bought anything in the store. You need to purchase some clothes or other items to accumulate points to be able to buy the bag.'"
The production team, shocked by her story, exclaimed, "That doesn’t make sense. You can’t buy it even if you pay with your own money?" Jang Young-ran replied, "I was surprised too. They wouldn’t let me buy it with my own money. They said the displayed items are just for display." She added, "At that time, my husband was cool. I guess he remembered that I was excited to come to the store because I was flustered. He suggested that I buy some clothes, and that’s what I did."
At the end, Jang Young-ran humorously noted, "But I still haven’t been able to wear the Hermes clothes because they are too big for me."
