Broadcaster Lee Soo-geun will officiate the wedding of his close friend Kim Byung-man.
On the 19th, Kim Byung-man's agency, Sky Turtle, announced, "Lee Soo-geun will officiate Kim Byung-man's wedding to be held on September 20th at Sebit Island in Seocho-gu, Seoul."
Kim Byung-man and Lee Soo-geun are colleagues who have worked together for a long time, both debuting as KBS public comedian. Kim Byung-man debuted as the 17th class, and Lee Soo-geun as the 18th. The two showcased great chemistry on the JTBC variety show 'Lee Soo-geun and Kim Byung-man's Upper Society' in 2011. Their bond has continued beyond the broadcast world into personal life.
In 2010, Kim Byung-man registered his marriage with A, a non-celebrity 7 years his senior, and adopted A's daughter, B, as his biological child, creating a family. However, after over 10 years of separation, the two finalized their marriage through a divorce lawsuit in 2023.
Recently, Kim Byung-man has started anew by setting up a newlywed home in Jeju with his new spouse and two children.
