Actor Im Joo-hwan revealed the behind-the-scenes story of joining the agency founded by Cha Tae-hyun.
In the 37th episode of tvN's 'Handsome Guys' airing on the 21st, Im Joo-hwan and Shin Seung-hwan join Cha Tae-hyun, Kim Dong-hyun, Lee Yi-kyung, and Oh Sang-wook to recommend lunch and dinner menus in Gongdeok, Mapo District.
On that day, Im Joo-hwan shared the story of being the first celebrity to join the management co-founded by Cha Tae-hyun and Jo In-sung. He recalled, "I’ve known Tae-hyun for a long time, so we arranged everything over a phone call without a contract," adding, "The day after the company establishment article came out, Tae-hyun said, 'Did you see the article? It’s you, too,'" which brought laughter.
To this, Lee Yi-kyung asked, "Is that how you were recruited?" and Cha Tae-hyun calmly replied, "Yeah," causing everyone to burst into laughter.
This reveals that Im Joo-hwan and Cha Tae-hyun have maintained their relationship based on long-standing trust.
