YouTube entertainment show 'Ttoganjip', hosted by comedian Pungja, is facing backlash due to issues surrounding the sale of TS shampoo.

On the 20th, the production team issued an apology via their YouTube channel 'Studio Suje', stating, "We apologize for causing concern regarding the TS shampoo promotional event."

The controversy began during the episode aired on the 8th in Paju, where TS shampoo was introduced in the sponsored segment 'Ttosaljip'. At that time, viewers were allowed to purchase up to 10 sets of the sponsored shampoo. However, complaints poured in because the actual shelf life of the product was only 1 year and 4 months.

In response, the production team clarified, "The products currently being sold have approximately 14 months left until the expiration date, and we have confirmed that there are no issues with the products themselves." They further explained, "Setting a maximum purchase quantity of 10 sets was a sales practice that did not adequately consider the usage circumstances of the purchasers, and we deeply apologize for not verifying the manufacturing date of the shampoo correctly."

Controversies surrounding 'Ttoganjip' have been ongoing recently.

In the April episode set in Anyang, a restaurant recommended by locals turned out to be owned by the restaurant owner's daughter, leading to suspicions of paid promotions. In the episode in Yeosu, another controversy arose after a YouTuber reported an unkind reception after visiting the restaurant following its feature on 'Ttoganjip'.
