Singer Kang Kyun-seong’s reason for having a hobby of riding motorcycles has come to light.

◆ Yoo Jae-seok Builds a 7-Story Building on Gangnam Lot with 7.7 Billion Loan
Comedian Yoo Jae-seok is in the process of constructing a 7-story building on land he purchased in the past, and he has reportedly taken out a loan of approximately 7.7 billion won using the land as collateral to finance the construction.
According to reports from Money Today and the real estate industry on the 13th, Yoo Jae-seok is building a building with 3 basement levels and 4 above ground levels on the land located in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam, Seoul. The lot area is 573.7 square meters (173 pyeong) and the total floor area is around 1653.55 square meters (500 pyeong).
Earlier, in June 2023, Yoo Jae-seok purchased land of 298.5 square meters (90.3 pyeong) and land of 275.2 square meters (83.2 pyeong) for 11.6 billion won and 8.2 billion won in cash respectively. Notably, the land he acquired for 8.2 billion won previously had a 4-story multi-family house built in 2002; Yoo Jae-seok removed all tenants of the house and had it ‘destroyed’. He is now combining the two parcels to erect a new building.
The construction that started in May of last year is expected to be completed around February of next year. The building has been reported as a neighborhood living facility, and it is expected to be used for office or rental business purposes.
Additionally, just two months after the construction began in July, Yoo Jae-seok also secured a loan using the two parcels as collateral. The maximum amount of the claim recorded in the property registry is 9.24 billion won, considering the maximum claim amount is generally set at 120% of the loan amount, the estimated loan amount is about 7.7 billion won.
