Model and YouTuber Aori has purchased an apartment located in Samseong-dong, Gangnam, Seoul.
According to the court registry on the 15th, Aori bought a 145㎡ (approximately 55 pyeong) apartment at I-Park in Samseong-dong, Gangnam for 6.6 billion won this past June. The balance was paid on the 10th, and the ownership transfer was completed on the same day.
With the transfer of ownership, a bank mortgage was established, with the maximum debt amount set at 2.335 billion won. Considering that the maximum debt amount is typically about 120% of the loan amount, it is estimated that about 1.868 billion won was borrowed from the bank.
The apartment that Aori purchased is known to be home to several celebrities, including broadcaster and former announcer Jeon Hyun-moo, and the couple actor Kwon Sang-woo and Son Tae-young.
Meanwhile, Aori is a former model from an online shopping mall. She also runs a YouTube channel with around 750,000 subscribers, primarily focusing on beauty and fashion content.
Aori married racer Seo Joo-won, who appeared on Channel A's dating reality show 'Heart Signal', in 2018, but they divorced by mutual agreement after four years.
