Comedian Jo Hye-ryun shed tears while talking about the health status of Park Mi-sun, who had halted her activities due to health issues.

On the October 15th broadcast of the tvN variety show 'You Quiz on the Block' (hereafter referred to as 'You Quiz'), Lee Kyung-sil and Jo Hye-ryun shared stories about their friendship spanning over 30 years.

During the show, Jo Hye-ryun recalled a recent incident where she mentioned Park Mi-sun's well-being on the radio. She said, "At that time, I brought up (Mi-sun) unnie's story without any intention, but the next day, articles exploded like a bomb," reflecting on her surprise.

She continued, "Later, I received a call from her. I was nervous thinking I would get scolded, but she said, 'My treatment has completely finished. Thank you for praying for me,'" as she choked up. Jo Hye-ryun expressed her gratitude, saying, "Hearing that from her made me so thankful. If it were me, I might have felt disappointed, but she truly is a big-hearted person."

Additionally, she reflected, "At that time, I realized what Kyung-sil unnie meant by sharing her thoughts during my break from broadcasting. I was so grateful to understand that. It reminded me that we are not alone; we are family," welling up with tears.

Moreover, the show highlighted Jo Hye-ryun's delightful wit. She laughed, saying, "When I got the call to appear on 'You Quiz,' I thought it was for a solo appearance. However, when they told me I had to join Kyung-sil unnie, I hesitated a bit." She also honestly admitted, "Because of old facial scars that made me look tough, I had surgery, and I ended up getting some other adjustments too," causing a burst of laughter.

Lee Kyung-sil expressed her affection for Jo Hye-ryun, stating, "Hye-ryun is always honest and sincere. Throughout the 30 years together, she has consistently made me feel grateful and secure."
