Actress Park Bo-young (35) received the Prime Minister's Commendation at the '2025 Korea Cultural and Arts Awards.'

At the ceremony held on the 23rd at the National Theater in Jung-gu, Seoul, cultural medals and various government commendations were awarded to artists and organizations that contributed to the spread of Korean Wave and the development of the cultural industry. Here, Park Bo-young received the Prime Minister's commendation.

Since her debut in 2006, Park Bo-young has received much love for her wide range of emotional performances in films such as 'Speedy Scandal,' 'Wolf Boy,' as well as dramas like 'Oh My Ghost,' and 'Strong Woman Do Bong-soon.' In particular, this year, she left a deep impression on viewers by delicately portraying two roles, 'Unknown' and 'Future,' in 'The Unknown Seoul,' which became a 'life drama.'

Participating in numerous advertisements and campaigns, Park Bo-young has conveyed bright and positive energy, maintaining a solid trust with the public across both screen and television. This award acknowledges her sincere acting journey and her contributions to the development of popular culture through her work.

In her acceptance speech, she stated, "I recall receiving the Minister of Culture and Sports Award about eight years ago, and now receiving the Prime Minister's commendation feels fresh and wonderful with time. I believe I have walked well during that time, and as I have received this award, I will continue to work hard and repay many with good works and good characters, becoming a better actress. Thank you."

Meanwhile, Park Bo-young is actively engaged in the filming of 'Goldland' for Disney+.
