Singer MC Mong expressed explosive emotions while clarifying the allegations of 'military service fraud' against him.

On the 11th, MC Mong revealed a long message and a picture of his injured wrist on his Instagram. He stated, "I know how much controversy this photo will cause, and how much my family and fans will shed tears, but I'm sorry." He went on, "This incident happened a month ago. When the police arrived, I couldn't stop crying." He shared, "At that moment, one police officer told me, 'Mr. Mong, I listened to your song today,' and that one remark made me burst into tears. I felt like I had lost everything. I wanted to die, but all I have left is regret."

MC Mong continued, "How much do you know me? My last broadcast was 17 years ago. Do you think I've gained glory through military service fraud? I seriously fought, not out of fraud. Even so, do I still look like a monkey on 1 Night 2 Days? Do I look like a relic from an outdated generation?" He expressed his frustration, stating, "I have never responded to articles or malicious comments, but now I am determined to fight until the end, regardless of the outcome."

He also addressed the controversial 'Hitler portrait' post. MC Mong explained, "This painting is by artist Ok Seung-cheol. It critiques human greed and barbarism by representing the mustache with a straw," and added, "It's ignorant to accuse me of idolizing Hitler while ignoring the intent of the artwork." He emphasized, "I dislike Hitler. I dislike anyone who starts a war."

As some media outlets reported the incident while mentioning past military service controversies, MC Mong reacted strongly. He warned, "Unlike other celebrities, I received a not guilty verdict from the first, second trials, and the Supreme Court. From now on, if any media, broadcasting, or comments use the term 'military service fraudster,' there will be no legal leniency."

In 2010, MC Mong was put on trial for allegedly extracting his teeth to dodge military service, but in 2012, the court ruled him not guilty of the intentional extraction of teeth to evade service. However, he was sentenced to six months in prison, with a one-year suspended sentence and 120 hours of community service for using government exam delays to evade enlistment.

Meanwhile, last year, MC Mong established the label One Hundred with Cha Ga-won, the chairman of Peak Group, and took on the role of executive producer for the group Bad Villain. However, he stepped down in July due to health issues and depression.
