Comedian Yang Se-chan openly shared his past romantic tension with Park Na-rae, who had actually confessed to him.
In the web entertainment show Naraesik that aired on the 26th, Yang Se-chan appeared and jokingly referred to himself as a "first grad of the romance academy." He humorously mentioned that there was a time when Park Na-rae genuinely liked him, stating that their relationship was like "pork stuck in between teeth."
While having a meal, Yang Se-chan cautiously recalled the moment of Park Na-rae's confession, saying, "This is almost the first time I'm talking about this." He recalled, "She would sometimes drink and say 'I like you,' but one day she called me seriously saying, 'I'm sober right now.' So, I drew the line and ended the call by saying 'that's not possible.'"
About 30 minutes later, Yang Se-chan mentioned a long message he received from Park Na-rae. The message was straightforward yet heartfelt. Park Na-rae texted him, saying, 'I feel like I will struggle if I don't say this now. I don't want anything else. I won't ask you to date me, but there's just one thing I want. Let's just watch one movie together.'
Initially hesitant, Yang Se-chan ultimately turned her down firmly. He explained, "I replied to her text saying, 'Whether I watch that movie or not, my feelings are the same.' Shortly after, she called me and said, 'Get lost, XXX.'" This caused laughter among everyone present.
Park Na-rae expressed, "I was really upset back then. Even if you reject my confession, can't we at least watch a movie together?" However, she added, "At that time, it was painful, but looking back now, I'm grateful that you cut me off so clearly." This clarified that their once tumultuous feelings have now transformed into friendship.
