Hwangbo Min-gyeol of idntt has ended his exclusive contract with the agency and is leaving the team.

Recently, agency Modhaus stated, "Hwangbo Min-gyeol has left the group and terminated his exclusive contract," adding, "As a result, idntt and unevermet will continue activities with the remaining members, excluding Hwangbo Min-gyeol."

The company continued, "We apologize for causing concern with this sudden news," and added, "We are sincerely grateful for all the support and love you have shown Hwangbo Min-gyeol so far." The statement concluded, "We will do our utmost to ensure the members can continue their activities safely," and asked fans to "please continue to support the artist as he embarks on a new path."

idntt is a 24-member group and the younger sister group to tripleS. Composed of three units, idntt began activities by unveiling its first unit, unevermet. However, even at the time of unevermet's debut, Hwangbo Min-gyeol did not join due to a personal-life controversy, and the group began promotions in August with seven members, excluding him.

On social media, allegations surfaced that he had bullied peers and engaged in misconduct in his personal life. At the time, the agency announced, "All of Hwangbo Min-gyeol's activities will be put on hold until the facts are confirmed."
