Former ZE:A member Kwanghee shed his "paper doll" image and unveiled a hilarious update about transforming into a self-proclaimed "muscle anchovy."

The January 7 episode of MBC's Radio Star features Kim Dong-hyun, Kwanghee, DAWN, and Amotti in a special titled "Wishing You Lots of Abs in the New Year!" Kwanghee grabs attention from the start by appearing on the show without shoulder pads for the first time in its history.

On air, Kwanghee reveals a humiliating anecdote: "I lost my spot as Choo Sung-hoon's 'keyring guy' to Im Siwan." He talks about his friendship with Choo Sung-hoon and candidly shares the jealousy and complicated feelings he experienced around fellow ZE:A member Im Siwan — sparking laughter. He even admits that, surrounded by a company full of star athletes and entertainers, "there are times I get jealous."

He also opens up about dedicating himself to working out to shake off the label of the "original paper doll." After starting personal training, Kwanghee explains what triggered his physique change and introduces his grueling routine — which he describes as "skirting the line between life and death" — shocking everyone.

There's also an absurd overseas mishap. While running shirtless in Los Angeles (LA) as part of his workout, Kwanghee was mistaken for a patient by locals — a story that had the studio in stitches. He goes on to call himself a "travel fiend," shares how he's fallen deep into traveling, confesses a quirky dream where he was "adopted by royalty" thanks to his love of palaces, and even recalls almost getting turned back before entering a foreign country.

From his visual glow-up and workout journey to agency stories and wild overseas episodes, Kwanghee's colorful talk will be revealed on Radio Star on the 7th at 10:30 p.m.
