K-Pop fan-and-artist festival 'KCON' will launch its 2026 run in Japan this May.
On the 22nd, CJ ENM announced the dates for 'KCON JAPAN 2026' and 'KCON LA 2026,' while unveiling the first artist lineup for the Japan show.
Opening this year's slate, 'KCON JAPAN 2026' will take place at Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan, for three days from May 8 to 10, 2026. The global K-Pop fever then moves to Los Angeles from August 14 to 16 for 'KCON LA 2026.'
The first artist lineup for Japan was also revealed. Joining the bill are &TEAM, a million-seller in both Korea and Japan; ALPHA DRIVE ONE, who debuted through Mnet's survival audition program Boys Planet; HYBE's powerhouse rookie CORTIS; and TWS, who ranked No. 2 on Oricon's year-end rookie chart. INI and JO1, both with strong fanbases in Japan, will also take the stage.
