News of BLACKPINK, IVE, and Hearts2Hearts gearing up for a February comeback showdown drew the most attention on Global K-snapp for the week of Jan. 22–28.
BLACKPINK announced that their third mini-album, DEADLINE, will be released on February 27 at 1 p.m., sending BLINKs worldwide into a frenzy. This marks their first full-group comeback in three years and five months since their September 2022 full-length album BORN PINK. The new album shares its title with their recently concluded DEADLINE world tour and will feature five tracks, including the pre-release single JUMP.
IVE is also set to return with their second full album, REVIVE+, on February 23.
According to the schedule revealed on the 28th, IVE will release a Challengers concept film on the 31st, followed by Challengers concept photos on February 1 and 3–4. On February 6–8, they will build anticipation with a BANG BANG music video teaser and teaser photos. Ahead of the official comeback, BANG BANG will be pre-released across major music platforms on February 9 at 6 p.m.
Meanwhile, SM Entertainment’s rookie group Hearts2Hearts, who debuted last year, is also expected to join the February comeback battle. After an active year with the single STYLE and their first mini-album FOCUS, they collected six rookie trophies, including Best New Artist at the 2025 MAMA AWARDS. Fans are eagerly anticipating what fresh, standout charms Hearts2Hearts will bring this time.
The anticipated face-off has also stirred conversation in Korea, trending on K-snapp’s official domestic X account and generating massive buzz.
