Actress Hyeri, formerly of Girl's Day, has launched a sweeping legal crackdown on malicious commenters.

On the 5th, her agency Sublime announced via its official social media, "We are providing an update on the legal actions regarding malicious posts and comments about our artist Hyeri."

The agency stated, "We are taking a hardline stance against all illegal acts targeting Hyeri online, including defamation, insult, sexual harassment, and the spread of false information," adding, "Accordingly, we have filed criminal complaints against the authors of related posts twice in total from 2024 to 2025."

They continued, "For many of the suspects named in the criminal complaints, identities have been confirmed and the cases have been transferred to the relevant police stations; among them, some have already been forwarded to the prosecution on charges including insult."

The agency emphasized, "We will continue to monitor and collect evidence, and will take immediate legal action without prior notice against any additional illegal activity confirmed going forward."

They concluded, "There will be no leniency or settlements under any circumstances, and we will respond firmly to the end to eradicate criminal acts directed at our artist."

Meanwhile, Hyeri is gearing up for the release of the film Tropical night this year and plans to greet viewers with the Genie TV original drama Geudaeege Dream.
