As zombie-themed films and dramas keep coming, a solo musical that brings a full-blown zombie apocalypse to the stage is set to meet audiences.

On the 6th, production company Neo Co., Ltd. announced the run of the one-person musical Y: The Last Man, which spotlights human loneliness and hope amid an extreme zombie-apocalypse scenario, unveiling its cast at the same time.

Y: The Last Man unfolds inside Air-Raid Shelter B-103 in Sillim-dong, Gwanak-gu, Seoul, drawing a tightly focused portrait of a lone survivor's life and shifting psyche. Its standout twist: the survivor's "occupation" changes depending on the actor. Through variations in dialogue, movement, and props, each performer embodies a survivor with a distinct social and personal background, offering completely different perspectives within the same circumstances.

In a world wiped out by a zombie virus, the sole survivor will be portrayed by Kim Ji-on, Hong Seung-an, Kim Yi-hu, and Kim Chan-jong. The four actors will bring their own survival narratives to the stage with unique emotional arcs and acting styles.

Meanwhile, Y: The Last Man will run from March 24 to June 7 at Link The Space Hall 1, promising to deliver stories and emotions that endure even in the most extreme conditions.
