Shaking up Tokyo’s fashion scene, (G)I-DLE member Miyeon and rookie group NOWZ are set to take the stage at Japan’s massive fashion event.
On the 10th, Cube Entertainment announced that Miyeon and NOWZ will appear on the runway-stage for the ‘42nd Mynavi Tokyo Girls Collection 2026 SPRING/SUMMER’ held on March 14 at the Yoyogi National Stadium First Gymnasium in Tokyo.
Tokyo Girls Collection (TGC) is Japan’s largest biannual fashion festival, held every spring and fall. It combines runway shows by top models with live performances by major artists and a variety of special stages, making it a landmark cultural event.
Debuting with (G)I-DLE in 2018, Miyeon showcased her distinct musical color with her second mini-album released last November, ‘MY, Lover.’ With extensive experience on global festival stages, she’s expected to captivate local audiences once again.
Sharing the spotlight, NOWZ is also pushing ahead with activities in Japan. The group recently dropped their Japan debut EP ‘NOWZ,’ featuring the original Japanese track ‘AMMO,’ building stronger connections with local fans.
All eyes are on what kind of explosive, fashion-meets-music stages these K-pop artists will deliver at TGC.
