Artist ZELO is making a fresh start by teaming up with the new music label VLACKSQUAD.
On the 10th, VLACKSQUAD announced on its official social media that ZELO has joined as the label’s very first artist, unveiling a new set of profile images.
In the black-and-white profile shots, he shows a bold transformation—from a sleek geek-chic vibe to an homme fatale look with a bare chest. The visuals, capturing his identity as a pop artist, are fueling anticipation for ZELO’s full-scale activities under VLACKSQUAD.
ZELO debuted in 2012 with the group B.A.P and has actively pursued music both with the team and as a soloist. After completing his mandatory military service in June last year, he’s opening a new chapter as a solo artist at VLACKSQUAD. He’s currently mapping out concrete plans, including a fan concert and new music.
Meanwhile, VLACKSQUAD is a label centered on hip-hop, R&B, and pop, boasting a production environment designed to spotlight each artist’s unique musical color.
