Comedian Heo Kyung-hwan shared his thoughts after becoming a regular member of the MBC variety show ‘Hangout with Yoo.’
On the March 14 broadcast of the program, Yoo Jae-suk, Haha, Heo Kyung-hwan, and Joo Woo-jae spend a day following an “AI-planned schedule” alongside guest Kim Kwang-kyu.
The episode captures Heo’s first recording since officially joining the program as a regular cast member. He arrives on set early in a tuxedo with carefully styled hair, highlighting his excitement about the new role.
The members congratulate him by playfully echoing his catchphrases, saying lines such as “Got the spot, didn’t we” and “We pulled it off, didn’t we.” Heo responds that it took a long time to reach this moment and reflects on his long-standing connection with the production team.
He also performs a deep traditional bow on set while thanking viewers for their support following the announcement.
Heo additionally shares his mother’s reaction to the news, drawing laughter from the cast. Kim Kwang-kyu also jokes about Heo’s new status as a regular member, adding to the lighthearted atmosphere.
