aespa have announced a comeback slated for May, igniting buzz over whether they’ll notch an eighth straight million-seller.
On the 13th, SM Entertainment confirmed, "aespa are preparing a new album with a May comeback as the goal."
This marks their return roughly eight months after releasing their 6th mini album 'Rich Man' last September.
Before the album drops, aespa will kick off their first-ever Japan dome tour next month, meeting local fans at Kyocera Dome Osaka on April 11–12 and Tokyo Dome on April 25–26.
Starting with their 2nd mini album 'Girls' in July 2022, aespa have built both mainstream appeal and a powerful fandom with seven consecutive million-selling releases, including the 3rd mini 'MY WORLD', 4th mini 'Drama', 1st full album 'Armageddon', 5th mini 'Whiplash', single 'Dirty Work', and 6th mini 'Rich Man'.
