Tiffany Young — Girls' Generation member and actress — has revealed for the first time how she and actor Byun Yo-han started dating and made it to marriage, shocking fans with the detail that he reached out first.
On March 13, the web program Kim Poong's Nespresso Social Club featured Tiffany Young, who opened up about how she connected with her now-husband, Byun Yo-han. She confessed that after filming the 2024 Disney+ series Uncle Samsik, she found herself wanting to meet him again. Looking back, Tiffany said, "He was such a great person that I hoped we'd have more chances to meet," adding that because he was so professional, she assumed it would be hard to cross paths again.
The relationship naturally progressed after Byun Yo-han contacted her first. "We clicked on so many things — movies, fashion, and personal taste — and we always respected and cheered each other on," Tiffany said, emphasizing the trust they built while dating. She added, "I'm happy. Thank you for the interest and love."
The couple previously went viral in December when they confirmed they were dating with marriage in mind, and they completed their marriage registration last month.
Debuting with Girls' Generation in 2007, Tiffany has since expanded into acting and musical theater. Byun Yo-han, who debuted in 2011, has been actively working across films and dramas.
