Shocking move: Singer 10CM (Kwon Jung-yeol) went ahead with his Singapore concert but decided to issue a full refund, saying the performance did not meet the level of completeness he promised fans.
On March 14, his agency CAM announced on its official social media, "We would like to provide guidance regarding refunds for tickets to the March 14 '2026 10CM Asia Tour 'To 10CM Chapter 1' in Singapore' concert."
On the day of the show, 10CM sought treatment from local medical staff due to a sudden decline in his throat condition. Even so, honoring fans who had waited, he insisted on taking the stage and the concert went on as scheduled.
His team stated, "We deeply apologize to the fans who waited and came to the venue in Singapore for not delivering a fully polished performance in our best condition," adding, "All tickets for this concert will be fully refunded."
Right after the show, Kwon Jung-yeol wrote on Instagram, "Thank you to the 10CM fans in Singapore who came all the way," adding, "I will keep your support close to my heart."
