After closely documenting a single theme over three days and capturing the everyday lives of our neighbors, KBS’s Documentary 3 Days (hereafter 'Docu 3 Days') is making a shocking comeback. Paused in 2022 due to the impact of COVID-19, 'Docu 3 Days' will officially resume broadcasting starting April 6.

Viewers drove its return. A cancellation-opposition petition signed by over 1,000 people at the time of its hiatus left a major impression on the production team, and the unwavering interest and affection later proven through last year’s 'Andong Station: A 10-Year Promise' became the spark for its revival. There’s growing consensus that 'Docu 3 Days,' which spotlights the daily lives of ordinary people, still delivers the stories we need.

The new season opens on Seoul’s university district route—the No. 273 bus. Once dubbed the 'Youth Bus' for reflecting the worries and hopes of the young generation, this moving space returns to the spotlight to examine what today’s youth are really going through. The cameras will capture timeless concerns and emotions, along with the voices of young people carving out their own ways to live in the present.

“For audiences now accustomed to sensational editing, we want to offer comfort with simple yet sincere stories,” the producers shared, laying out the program’s direction. While preserving its signature on-the-ground feel and embracing the spirit of the times, 'Docu 3 Days' airs every Monday at 8:30 p.m. on KBS2.
