The video spotlights a case where a driver hit a pedestrian at a crosswalk without traffic lights and was fined. The driver insists it was insurance fraud and says they plan to request a formal trial. Attorney Han Moon-chul also analyzed the incident, emphasizing that the insurer should conduct a thorough review.
