Actor Ha Ji-won is captivating viewers with a bold, unflinching performance in ENA’s climax, sparking heated buzz over the show’s shocking turn.

In episode 3, which aired on the 23rd, Ha Ji-won’s character Chu Sang-ah finally revealed her long-hidden past — a twist that stunned audiences. On the brink of release, Park Jae-sang threatened her, saying, "If you don’t keep your promise, I’ll expose what kind of monster you are to the entire nation." As a result, a recording surfaced suggesting Sang-ah had asked him to kill Oh Gwang-jae, sending the tension skyrocketing.

The episode’s biggest reveal was the dark history tying her to Oh Gwang-jae. When Oh pressured rookie actress Han Ji-soo into an excessive bed scene, Sang-ah stormed onto the set and fired back: "Fix your behavior before you’re blacklisted from the film industry. I’ll cover the penalty — send me the contract."

To protect Han Ji-soo, Sang-ah took an extreme risk. She burst into Oh Gwang-jae’s hotel room, and after a fierce struggle, stabbed him in the back. The moment ramped up the suspense to its peak, and Sang-ah’s blood-smeared face left viewers frozen on their couches.

Meanwhile, ENA’s climax episode 4 airs on the 24th at 10 p.m.
