BTS fever is now sweeping OTT charts, too.
According to the OTT rankings tracker FlixPatrol on the 24th, as of yesterday, BTS’s Gwanghwamun comeback show 'BTS THE COMEBACK LIVE | ARIRANG' ranked No. 3 on Netflix’s Movies Top 10.
No. 1 went to Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man. Set amid the chaos of World War II, it follows a man who returns from a self-imposed exile to face a devastating day of reckoning.
The standout in this week’s chart is BTS’s comeback show performance. It hit No. 1 in 77 countries — including the United States (Netflix’s home market), Canada, across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East — and landed in the Top 3 in every tracked country, proving their firepower despite roughly three years away. The one-hour event took over Seoul’s Gwanghwamun Square on the 20th to celebrate the release of their fifth full-length album 'Arirang' (ARIRANG).
In the TV show category, Phantom Lawyer starring Yoo Yeon-seok and Esom placed No. 8.
Meanwhile on Disney+, the momentum of Zootopia 2 is fierce. The film is posting more than double the numbers of No. 2 Predator: Badlands as it continues its runaway success.
