BH Entertainment — home to stars including Byung-hun Lee, Soo Go, Sae-rok Geum, Go-eun Kim, Bo-young Park, Ji-min Han, and Ga-in Han — is holding its first open audition for rookie actors in about three years, kicking off a hunt for the next generation of stars.
The audition will accept online applications from April 6 to 20. Finalists will be chosen through a three-stage process: a first-round document review, a second-round in-person evaluation, and a third-round final assessment. Applications are only accepted via the official website, and successful candidates will receive structured training and a range of activity opportunities.
Notably, this project prioritizes individuality and potential over simple looks or resumes. The goal is to discover fresh faces who can thrive across films, dramas, and other content markets — drawing intense interest both inside and outside the industry.
The branding film released alongside the audition features rookie actor Beom-gyu Cho, drawing attention.
Meanwhile, Se-jeong Kim — formerly of I.O.I and gugudan — recently left Jellyfish Entertainment and found a new home at BH Entertainment. At the time, she shared her resolve: "I’m standing at the start of a new path. It feels a bit unfamiliar and a bit scary, but I’ll trust the heart and time I’ve built up so far and move forward one step at a time."
