Singer Kwon Eun Bi is reportedly preparing to leave her current label and make a fresh start.
On the 31st, Woollim Entertainment told multiple outlets, "We plan to hold final talks on whether to renew Kwon Eun Bi’s contract." Meanwhile, Star News reported that Kwon Eun Bi is in positive discussions to sign an exclusive deal with Galaxy Corporation, the company currently representing BIGBANG leader G-Dragon.
Galaxy Corporation is an “entertech” company that integrates artificial intelligence (AI) and robotics into entertainment. Its roster includes G-Dragon, Kim Jong Kook, and Song Kang Ho. Most recently, Galaxy Corporation signed SHINee’s Taemin after his departure from Big Planet Made Entertainment.
Kwon Eun Bi, who debuted in 2014, rose to mainstream fame in 2018 after being selected as a member of IZ*ONE through Mnet’s audition program Produce 48. After the group’s activities ended, she transitioned into a solo career and established a distinct musical identity.
In particular, her standout stages at the summer music festival Waterbomb earned her the nickname “Waterbomb Goddess,” showcasing both her performance power and star presence.
