Actor Lee Tae-ri will tie the knot this May.
His agency Y1 Entertainment stated on the 1st, “Lee Tae-ri will be entering into matrimony this May with his cherished partner,” adding, “His fiancée is a non-celebrity, and the two have promised to spend their lives together, built on deep trust and affection.”
The wedding will be a quiet, meaningful ceremony attended only by both families and close friends.
The agency added, “Out of respect for his non-celebrity fiancée and both families, details such as the specific date, time, and venue will remain private. We ask for your kind understanding.”
Meanwhile, Lee Tae-ri debuted in 1998 with the sitcom Soonpoong Clinic, and has since proven his acting skills through various projects including Moon Embracing the Sun, Tale of the Nine Tailed, establishing himself as an adult actor.
Since the news broke on April Fools’ Day, fans reacted, “I thought it was a prank,” “Jung-bae is getting married?” and “Congratulations.”
