Fans are in disbelief over the latest updates from IVE’s Jang Wonyoung and her older sister, actress Jang Da-a — the sisters look so identical that people are getting them mixed up.
On the 1st, Jang Da-a posted several photos on Instagram with the caption, "A happy day with senior YouTube Ha Jiyoung, whose energy is off the charts. Thank you for inviting me." The photos show Jang Da-a striking a range of poses on set.
Reactions flooded in, with some saying, "She looks exactly like Jang Wonyoung — I didn’t recognize her," while others claimed, "I saw a photo of Jang Wonyoung and thought it was Jang Da-a."
Meanwhile, Jang Da-a’s big-screen debut, Salmokji: Whispering Water, is set to premiere on the 8th. Salmokji: Whispering Water is a horror film about a mysterious figure captured on road-view footage and a crew that heads to a reservoir for reshoots, only to confront something lurking in the dark, deep water. In the film, Jang Da-a plays Se-jeong, another crew member who joins the shoot and the girlfriend of Seongbin (played by Yoon Jae-chan).
