Japanese idol group Cutie Street has dropped a Korean-language version of their hit track, stirring major buzz among K-pop listeners.

According to live entertainment brand Rivet on the 10th, Cutie Street officially released the Korean version of their signature song 'Is Being Cute Not Enough?' (かわいいだけじゃだめですか?) at midnight on major online music platforms.

The track exploded through challenge trends on TikTok and other social platforms, rocketing the team into the spotlight as fast-rising J-pop icons. With Harajuku-style kitschy, lovable charm and an addictive melody, the new Korean version preserves the original vibe while carefully reworking the lyrics so local fans can sing along naturally.

More than a simple remake, this release is a move to deepen their connection with Korean fans. During their first solo concert in Korea last month and their appearance on M COUNTDOWN, they performed with Korean lyrics and earned a huge response—this single is designed to pay that love back.

Since debut, Cutie Street has won global Gen Z support and cemented themselves as representatives of 'kawaii culture.' The Korean-language release not only broadens their domestic fanbase but also ramps up anticipation for what comes next.

Meanwhile, Cutie Street will meet Korean fans on July 25–26 at Sejong University’s Daeyang Hall in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul.
