In a surprise reveal, actress Ji Ye-eun and dancer Vata have confirmed they are dating.

According to Xportsnews on the 13th, the two are in a relationship. Both born in 1994, they first met at church, grew closer, and eventually became a couple.

Regarding the news, Ji Ye-eun's agency C&P Entertainment told multiple outlets, "The two, who had been colleagues, developed feelings for each other and are now seeing each other," adding, "Please send them warm support."

As same-age peers born in 1994, Ji Ye-eun and Vata reportedly became a couple through their shared faith.

Their connection had already been spotted several times. Notably, when Ji Ye-eun took the stage at 'WATERBOMB Seoul 2025' with comedian Ji Seok-jin as part of the project group 'Chungju Ji-ssi,' Vata supported her by creating the choreography—hinting at their close relationship. Their seamless collaboration on the new song 'Milkshake' performance also drew attention.

Debuting in 2017 through a web drama, Ji Ye-eun rose to fame after appearing on the Coupang Play variety show Saturday Night Live Korea. She later became a fixed member of the SBS variety show Running Man, actively working across both variety and acting.

Vata is the leader of the dance crew We Dem Boyz (WDBZ). In 2022, he finished as runner-up on Mnet's dance competition Street Man Fighter, significantly boosting his public recognition.
