Hollywood actor Tom Holland was urgently transported to the hospital after suffering a fall while filming the Marvel movie 'Spider-Man: Brand New Day'.

British media outlet The Sun reported on the 21st (local time) that "Tom Holland fell and injured his head while filming on the 19th, receiving treatment for a concussion." It is also reported that a female stunt double, believed to have been on set, was injured and taken to the hospital via ambulance.

'Spider-Man: Brand New Day', which has a total production cost of £200 million (approximately 150 billion KRW), is facing potential filming delays of several weeks due to Tom Holland's injury.

Dominic Holland, Tom Holland's father and comedian, stated at a charity dinner held in Mayfair, London, that "my son will not be able to participate in filming for the time being." Tom Holland and his fiancée Zendaya were also present at the event, but it is reported that he left early due to not feeling well.

As this news spread, fans from around the world have sent messages of support and concern, saying things like, "Just stay healthy," "Wishing for a speedy recovery," and "I hope the release won't be postponed."

Meanwhile, 'Spider-Man: Brand New Day' is set to be released on July 31, 2026.
