Actor Jung Si-hyun, who appeared in the Mnet audition program 'Produce 101 Season 2', is making her debut at the country's largest LGBTQ+ film festival with her first queer film.

Since the 6th, Jung Si-hyun has been meeting audiences at the 15th Seoul International Pride Film Festival (SIPFF 2025), which is currently being held at CGV Piccadilly 1958 in Jongno, Seoul. This film festival is the largest international LGBTQ+ film festival in the country. 'Pride' refers to the self-esteem of LGBTQ+ individuals.

Jung Si-hyun has been invited as the lead actress in director Kim Jo-gwang-soo's new film 'I Dreamed a Dream', in which she portrays the character Lee Kyung-il, a young man dreaming of a fateful love, showcasing delicate emotional acting.

'I Dreamed a Dream' is a romance film depicting the story of two men who randomly meet through a used camera transaction, featuring an emotional narrative that intertwines reality with fantasy. This work has also been selected as this year's 'Korea Pride' feature recommendation by programmer Kim Seung-hwan.

On the 8th, Jung Si-hyun is scheduled to directly communicate with film fans through stage greetings, and on the 10th, there will be a GV (Guest Visit) event where she will introduce her first lead role.

Meanwhile, Jung Si-hyun gained recognition after appearing on 'Produce 101 Season 2' in 2017. Since then, she has been acknowledged for her solid acting skills through web dramas and indie films. Recently, she has been expanding her range of activities to include musicals and short-form dramas, garnering attention.
