Shocking real-estate win: actor Lee Si-eon revealed he sold his newlywed home, pocketed roughly ₩900 million in profit, and moved into a coveted Han River view apartment — all sparked by comedian Lee Guk-joo's bold tarot advice.
On the 11th, Lee Si-eon and Han Ga-eul appeared on Lee Guk-joo's YouTube channel. Lee admitted, "I was really anxious before the move. It felt too sudden, so I hesitated." But Lee Guk-joo pushed him, saying, "It's absolutely good," and "If you go, it will work out." Lee laughed, "That's exactly how it turned out."
In 2018, Lee won a housing subscription and bought an 84㎡ unit at the e Pyeonhansesang Sangdo Nobility complex in Sangdo-dong, Dongjak-gu, Seoul, for around ₩700 million. After getting married, the newlywed home was sold in 2024 for ₩1.63 billion, netting about ₩900 million in gains.
Later that same year, Lee and his wife Seo Ji-seung jointly purchased an 84㎡ unit at Acro Riverheim in Dongjak-gu for about ₩2.48 billion and moved in. With sweeping Han River views — a "dream come true" for many — the upgrade quickly went viral.
"I'm incredibly satisfied after the move. I never thought tarot advice could be this accurate," Lee said, once again thanking Lee Guk-joo. Lee Guk-joo added with a laugh, "I've been getting tons of requests to keep doing tarot content."
