Actor Lee Junho’s portrayal of a grounded, everyday Korean hero is resonating strongly with viewers worldwide, pushing his latest project to the top of global charts.

Netflix series Cashero topped the Netflix Global Top 10 (Non-English TV) list on January 7, ranking No. 1 in its second week of release. The show recorded 6.1 million views, calculated by dividing total watch hours by runtime, and entered the Top 10 in 51 countries.

Cashero blends superpowers with everyday life, centering on a uniquely relatable concept where strength is tied to financial resources. This “my money, my strength” theme has struck a chord with audiences seeking a fresh take on the superhero genre.

During the same period, Culinary Class Wars Season 2 ranked No. 3 with 3.4 million views, SBS drama Dynamite Kiss placed No. 6 with 1.8 million, and ENA drama I Dol I ranked No. 8 with 1.5 million views. The rankings highlight the continued global reach of Korean content across genres.

Cashero is currently streaming on Netflix.
